The handle bars have 4 positions you can
adjust.
Adjust the arms in the higher position for
easier sit ups. As you adjust them closer
to you, it will increase the intensity of
the exercise. This allows you also to target
the different areas of your abs. It is important
to adjust head rest up and down so your

4. Lower to start position and repeat
for 10–15 reps.

2. Keep knees bent and feet together,
start twisting from your hips and place
knee on the floor, try and keep both knees

Keeping your neck and shoulders relaxed,
contract your abs and use your arms to help
raise up into “crunch†position. 4.
Lower to start position and repeat for 10–15
reps. 5. Twist legs to alternate
side and repeat steps 1–4.

body creating a “u†shape. 4.
Lower to start position and repeat for 10–15
reps.

2. Keeping knees slightly bent, raise
legs towards ceiling, cross feet at ankles.
(this is start position) 3. Keeping
your neck and shoulders relaxed, contract
your abs and use your arms to help lift
slightly off the floor (about 2â€) and hold
it this position for 5 seconds. 4.
Lower to start position and repeat for 10–15
reps.
1.Rest head on padded head

a 90 degree angle. (this is start position)
3. Bring one leg in towards your
chest and at the same time extend the other
leg out away from you, at the same time
keep your neck and shoulders relaxed, contract
your abs and use your arms to help raise
up into “crunch†position. 4.
Always bring knees back into a 90 degree
angle before alternating legs. 5.
Repeat for 10–15 reps.

together, letting knees fall towards the
